Alan Tobias – Chairman

Alan Tobias OBE brings a wealth of experience and specialist skills to the role of Chairman to the Company. Alan is, by profession, a qualified Solicitor. He has an exceptionally strong track record in senior management, particularly in local government.  He was for almost 12 years the Chief Executive of the London Borough of Waltham Forest.  Before that he held the post of Solicitor to the Council and Borough Secretary of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. A former Chairman of Essex Probation Service and current Chairman of West Essex PCT, Alan’s remit is to challenge the business to work smarter and more efficient.

Zubair Aleem – Managing Director

As the founder of Quadnet Ltd, Zubair has put heart and soul into building the business. He started as an IT consultant working for companies like AYH and SmithKline Beecham Plc. After many successful years in consultancy, he established Quadnet Ltd to focus on solutions for businesses. His understanding of the IT market and the players has been critical to the success of Quadnet so far.

Tufael Ahmed – Commercial Director

Co-founder Tufael trained as a lawyer but founded the company with his friend Zubair. He initially focused his efforts on establishing the great service levels that Quadnet provide to customers. He is now also responsible for the Sales units and the day–to-day operation of the business and driving the business forward.

Abdul Terry – Marketing & Development Director

Abdul joined Quadnet in August 2007. With over 6 years experience within the IT Channel industry, Abdul is well known. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge about the industry as well his renowned marketing skills. With over 11 years of experience in Sales and Marketing within large organisations, such as Equanet (part of the DSGi group), Xerox, Demon Internet and Thus Plc, Abdul is focused on the Marketing and the development of the business to facilitate the rapid growth expected. Anjum Aleem – Services Director

Co-founder Anj was an IT contractor for several years working for blue chip companies in the city. With IT accreditations and certifications from major manufacturers, Anj helped establish Quadnet Ltd with his brother Zubair. He is currently responsible for all IT consultancy, our services portfolio and key customer projects. Anj also manages Quadnet's internal IT operations.

Mark Dines - Sales Director

Mark has been in the IT business for over 20 years in sales and training roles and has a wealth of experience and understanding of organisations as well as the IT Market in the UK. He has worked previously both for UK and Internationally based companies, Including Insight, Centerprise and ECS International. He is responsible for the management and growth of the Sales force, and his experience in dealing with a vast range of Commercial and Public sector organisations is an important factor in Quadnet's growth.
