Alan Tobias OBE - Chairman
Alan Tobias OBE brings a wealth of experience and specialist skills to the role of Chairman to the Company. Alan is, by profession, a qualified Solicitor and has an exceptionally strong track record in senior management.
For almost 12 years, Alan was the Chief Executive of the London Borough of Waltham Forest. Before that, he held the post of Solicitor to the Council and Borough Secretary of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. Alan is currently Chair of West Essex PCT. His former roles included Chairman of Essex Probation Service, a board member of a PLC building and development company, board member of Springboard Housing Association and trustee to two Charitable Trusts, both concerned with Inner City Regeneration.
